There are few colleagues coming from Germany to Malacca recently for a short business trip. Of cause, me and few of my local colleagues are bringing those visitors to go around in Malacca. This is Sunday and after our Japanese food lunch,we decided to have a city tour from the hotel we had lunch to some of the historical places in Malacca. Although I am a Malaccan, me myself has been a very long time do not walk around in Malacca for those tourism places. This is quite a good opportunity for me to take some photos of Malacca.
First, we walked to the Memorial of Independence, Malacca. And next to it is the A'Famosa. A'Famosa is a fortress and it is among the oldest surviving European architectural remains in Asia. The Porta de Santiago, a small gatehouse, is the only remaining part of the fortress still standing.
